If you would <br /> please check your records of the past several years, this permit site and Permit P-2009-018 were <br /> completely reclaimed several years ago and inspected for a bond release. <br /> Regrettably, Red Arrow was forced to file Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Protection in Denver Federal <br /> Court on August 4th, 2015 due in part to the actions of the Colorado Division of Reclamation, <br /> Mining and Safety. The case number is 15-18720-TBM. <br /> While Red Arrow does not expect its bonds to be released until the case is settled, we would <br /> appreciate your understanding that it is unfair for Red Arrow to continue paying annual fees at <br /> this time since both sites have been completely reclaimed and inspected. <br /> Annual maps and reporting forms have not changed for either site. <br /> Thank you for your understanding in this matter. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Craig Liukko <br /> President <br />
