We understand <br /> that a Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety permit renewal is required for the slurry wall's recent repair. <br /> It is our understanding that the slurry wall construction/repair has had no negative effect on our utility or any <br /> significant, valuable and permanent manmade structure located within two hundred (200) feet of the permit <br /> boundary.
