We <br /> understand that a Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety permit renewal is required for the slurry <br /> wall's recent repair. <br /> It is our understanding that the slurry wall construction/repair has had no negative effect on our utility <br /> or any significant,valuable and permanent manmade structure located within two hundred (200)feet of <br /> the permit boundary.
