We understand that a Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety permit renewal <br /> is required for the slurry wall's recent repair. <br /> It is our understanding that the slurry wall construction/repair has had no negative effect on our <br /> utility or any significant, valuable and permanent manmade structure located within two hundred <br /> (200) feet of the permit boundary.
