D. A statement that the operations will be conducted in accordance with the Rules and <br /> Regulations of the Mine Safety & Training Program for Tourist Mines, 2 C.C.R. <br /> 407-6: <br /> E. A current map (plan view) of the tourist mine workings which includes all areas of <br /> the mine where tourists or employees may be exposed to mine hazards, and depicts <br /> the locations of all first aid and emergency equipment, locations of primary and <br /> secondary (if applicable) escape routes, locations of communication systems, <br /> personal protective equipment, power switches for electrical equipment including, <br /> but not limited to lights, fans, general mining supplies <br /> F. A current emergency procedure plan (see Rule 8 for the minimum components of <br /> this plan) <br /> G. An indication whether the tourist mine uses explosives, and if so, how and when <br /> such explosives are used and stored <br /> H.
