This submittal represents the continuation of
routine monthly reporting of water quality monitoring results and daily mine pool elevations. A
review of the data indicates an anomalously high uranium concentration was measured at location
SW-BPL. This measurement was 120 µg/L, which exceeds the 30-µg/L limit. The other February
2017 measurements were 11 µg/L, 12 µg/L, and 14.6 µg/L, respectively. Cotter considers the
120-µg/L result to be an isolated case, at this point in time. Also, arsenic was not detected at SW-
BPL.
If you have any questions regarding this submittal, please contact me at 719-275-7413, ext. 202. or
by email at steve.cohen(ccotterusa.com.
Sincerely.
Stephen J.
