Box 165, Canon City, CO 81215; (719) 275-3264, submitted a request for full reclamation responsibility <br />release for the Proctor Pit, Permit No. M-2009-054. The construction materials extraction operation is located at <br />or near Section 20, Township 23S, Range 57W, 61 Principle Meridian, in Otero County. <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the Otero County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the <br />office of the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety. <br />The application, as well as all other permit documents, can be found at http:lldrmsweblink.state.co.us/ by <br />searching M2009054 in the "Permit No " field. Comments or objections should be submitted within 15 days.
