4 (FORM 2 -Public filing)
11. Describe proposed surface excavation or other land disturbance, including roads, pits, trenches, waste piles, drill pads and
collar areas of underground workings,ponds,etc...
Owner believes that potential for economic mineralization exists, and intends to prospect. Following
positive geological and geophysical studies, surface disturbance will proceed. Any initial drilling and testing
s anticipated te be eenfined to ffevieusly disturbed aFeas. If mineFalizatien is found, then the PFOgram eould
expand beyond. At this time, the extent and location of any mineralization is not known, so precise future
exploration cannot be predicted.
12. Proposed Disturbance(approximate)Describe the proposed drilling to be conducted, including anticipated number of holes,
diameter,depth,location,etc... Submit additional pages if necessary:
A. Drill Pads: Quantity 2.00 Average Width 20.00 (ft)Average Length 20.00 (ft)
B. Drill Holes: Quantity 2.00 Depth 300.00 (ft) Diameter 6.00 (in)
C. Mud Pits: Quantity 5.00 Average Width 5.00 (ft)Average Length 10.00 (ft)
Average Depth 2.00 (ft)
Described proposed underground work, including reopening of old workings, advancement of adits or shafts,
trenches, pits, cuts, rock dumps,or other types of disturbance, describe type, quantity and general dimensions:
No other work is intended except closing an adit or shaft if discovered. These openings can present a
danger and liability, thus, it is the prospectors intention of making them safe. At this time, no specific
openings have been spersifloally identified. if they aFe identified they will be handled On a rnanneF that
should satisfy both DRMS and the property owner. Any mud pits, if used, would be contained within
drill pad area, so mud pits do not represent an additional area of disturbance beyond that of the pad.
F. Other Disturbances(please describe):
If drill pads are to be constructed in areas beyond areas of historic disturbance, limited temporary
roads might be constructed and are included in Item F. No roads are planned at this time, but an area
road becomes necessary. Shortsightedness on this issue could delay the short exploration season
G. Indicate Chemicals and Fuels used or stored on site. List type, quantity and method to store.
Fuel -stored in fuel tanks in vehicles and equipment (estimated at less than 500 gal_1
Drill Fluids include Portland cement, bentonite, polymer stored in manufactures containers
Lubricants including oil and grease (estimated total weight of less than 1,000 pounds total)
F. New Road(s): Length 100.00 (ft)Width 10.00 (ft)
Significantly Upgraded Road(s) Length 0.00 (ft)Width 0.00 (ft)
Are culverts or other crossings proposed? If so,please describe:
None
