Gilbreath: <br /> <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety's Proposed Decision to approve Technical Revision No. <br />110 at the Colowyo Coal Mine became final on April 25, 2017. Notice of the proposed decision was <br />published in the Craig Daily Press on April 12, 2017, initiating the ten (10) day public comment period <br />for the Division's decision.
