These areas are located in <br />portions of Section 25, Township 3N, Range 64W, Sixth Principal Meridian, Weld County, <br />Colorado. The total area is approximately 19.38 acres. <br />Map: The attached map identifies the areas requested for Phase I bond release as well as the <br />permit boundary and bond release status of other areas within the permit boundary. <br />Dates of Reclamation Work: Area 33 was graded, topsoiled, and seeded in the fall of 2015. Area <br />34 was graded, topsoiled, and seeded in the fall of 2016. <br />Description of Bond Release Amount Request: This Phase I bond release request is for Areas 33 <br />and 34 which have been successfully backfilled and graded. The amount of the reclamation bond <br />associated with this release area is $64,915.39 (see attached Table 1). Coors Energy Company is <br />requesting the release of this full amount. <br />Notice to Parties Identified in Rule 3.03.2(1): Notification letters were posted via certified mail <br />after receipt of DRMS approval of the notification letter content to the entities included in Section <br />2.03.4 (7) of the DRMS Reclamation Permit (notification letter and certified mail receipts are <br />attached). A copy of the letters to the Weld County Clerk and Recorder and the Town of <br />Keenesburg, requesting retention of a public copy of bond release application are also attached. <br />Newspaper Advertisement: A copy of the newspaper advertisement being published in the Fort <br />Lupton Press is attached. An affidavit of publication will be submitted after the four-week running <br />period. <br />SL -09 April 2017 <br />
