To follow up, Martin <br /> Marietta has had numerous activities going on in relation to the properties associated with the above <br /> referenced permit preparing to begin mining again and at your recommendation we are requesting that <br /> the site be taken out of temporary cessation rather than requesting an additional 5 years for a second <br /> temporary cessation. <br /> Recent activities preparing site include: <br /> 2016-08-10 SU Monitoring Review application submitted to Boulder County <br /> 2016-08-30 SU Monitoring completed by Boulder Planning to outline what tasks are needed before <br /> we start operations <br /> 2016-12-20 SEC) issued Commercial Well Permit for Employee Building and Scale House <br /> 2017-01-03 Boulder County Site Plan approval delineating where buildings will sit in the plant area <br /> as well as the entrance landscaping <br /> 2017-01-27 Geotechnical report completed for plant area <br /> 2017-02-22 Septic application submitted to Boulder County for Employee Building and Scale House <br /> 2017-02-28 Floodplain Permit application submitted for plant area <br /> In 2016,we also worked at repairing the Preble's mouse fence, dug a dewatering ditch in Lake 3, clear <br /> and grubbed the conveyor alignment on west side of St Vrain, cut in a ramp for conveyor access to Lake <br /> 3, removed dilapidated processing equipment and surge tunnel from plant site,filled in low areas in <br /> plant site, and repaired the fence on east side of plant site. We are currently working on the various <br /> building permits needed (plant, employee building, scale house,fuel storage, storage buildings) and <br /> getting power and fiber into the site.
