COUNCIL AGENDA DATE: September 13, 2016 <br /> TOPIC: <br /> Resolution No. 9-5-16, Series of 2016- A Resolution before the City of Sterling, Logan County, <br /> Colorado, approving a Lease of City-owned property to Rothe H2O LLC. <br /> ACTION REQUESTED: <br /> Consideration <br /> NARRATIVE/BACKGROUND: <br /> This Resolution approves a lease to Roth H2O LLC of approximately 4.35 acres of City- <br /> owned property for agricultural purposes only.
