Exhibit B <br /> Site Description <br /> General soil according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Soil Conservation Service is the Alda <br /> Loveland-Fluvaquents which is: Deep, nearly level, somewhat poorly drained and poorly drained soils <br /> forming mostly in loamy alluvium underlain by sand and gravel; on bottom lands and low terraces. <br /> The affected area consists of: <br /> a) #3 Alda Loam <br /> b) No structures within 200 feet. <br /> c) Two existing sand and gravel pits on-site.No water resources that would receive drainage directly <br /> from the affected area. <br /> The two existing sand and gravel pits are located on land previously used as farmground (alfalfa hay).No <br /> other structures. <br />
