Unit H <br />Grand Junction, CO 81505 <br />RE: North Thompson Creek Mines, Permit No. C-1981-025 <br />NPDES (CDPS), Permit No. CO -0048-233 <br />Review of the 41h Quarter 2016 Discharge Monitoring Reports <br />Dear Mr. Stover, <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (the Division) has received and reviewed the <br />Minrec Inc. 4u' Quarter 2016 Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs) for the North Thompson Creek Mines. <br />Minrec Inc. submits DMRs to the Division in accordance with Rule 4.05.13(2)(a)(iii). The reports were <br />received on November 22, 2016, December 21, 2016, and April 17, 2017 (December DMR). <br />During the quarter, no flow was recorded through the NPDES discharge point 001-A. Therefore, no <br />exceedances occurred for the parameters required to be monitored. <br />This concludes the Division's review of the 4u' Quarter 2016 Discharge Monitoring Reports.
