This report covers the 2016 reporting period. <br />Reportable Conditions: <br />On September 12, 2012, the Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (DRMS) approved the <br />Amendment 10 application to Office of Mined Land Reclamation Board Permit M-1980-244 for <br />Mine Life Extension 2 (MLE2) to the Cresson Project. This application included: <br />• Additional mining of ore and overburden that is anticipated to continue until <br />approximately 2025; <br />• Additional backfilling and overburden placement; <br />• Addition of a second Valley Leach Facility (VLF) referred to as the Squaw Gulch VLF <br />(SGVLF); <br />• Addition of a second Adsorption, Desorption and Recovery Plant (ADR) referred to as <br />the Squaw Gulch ADR or SGADR; <br />• Addition of a High Grade Mill for processing higher grade ore; <br />• Accompanying changes to mine areas and overburden storage areas; and <br />• Subsequent reclamation of the MLE2 disturbance areas. <br />Technical Revisions (TRs) were submitted to and approved by the DRMS during the reporting <br />period for: <br />
