DRMS's Amendment 11 and Amended Amendment 11 Adequacy Review <br /> Comment Number 40 on December 28, 2016 is listed in the following six parts: <br /> 40a. Exhibit H—Wildlife Information <br /> • A wildlife report describing and enumerating all wildlife incidents resulting in injury or <br /> fatality within the last 5 years associated with the mining operation <br /> CC&V's response: CC&V completed a database search of all wildlife injury and/or mortalities <br /> directly related to mining activities within the last S years. Table I below summarizes the search <br /> in detail, however in summary, the following was found: 4 bird mortalities, I elk mortality, and 3 <br /> fox mortalities. See Table 1. <br />
