Ms. Hammond may also testify concerning <br />Snowcap Coal Company's SL -8 Application and the process Snowcap Coal Company <br />completed in during the SL -8 approval process, including communications with DRMS <br />and releases from reclamation liability addressed under that process. Ms. Hammond will <br />testify regarding the submission of the TR -69 application and the applicant's responsive <br />submittals to DRMS. Anticipated length of testimony (including cross-examination): 1 <br />hour <br />4.
