No operator was present during the inspection. The <br />weather was clear and ground conditions wer e dry. Temperatures during the inspection were around fifty degrees <br />fahrenheit. Records are located at the Fremont County Recorder office in Canyon City, CO and were checked by <br />Rob Zuber of the Division on March 23, 2017. <br />AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS – Rule 5.02.4(1): <br />All records are kept at the Fremont County Recorder office in Canyon City, CO. Please see the Division’s <br />Availability of Records checklist at the end of this inspection report for more detailed information. <br /> <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05 <br />Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, 4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7, 4.05.10; <br />Diversions 4.05.4; Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; <br />Drainage – Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8; Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9 ; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br />The Magpie Diversion was inspected. The small upper portion on the northern embankment of the Magpie <br />Diversion was inspected and found still devoid of rip rap. The area was first observed and documented in the <br />Division’s inspection report dated October 6, 2016 and warranted maintenance was noted with the Division’s <br />inspection report dated February 24, 2017. Maintenance is still warranted on this section of Magpie Diversion. Fo r <br />additional details regarding the area, please refer to the Division’s report dated February 24, 2017. The majority of <br />the diversion is well armored along the base of the channel with rip rap. No major erosion or cutting was observed <br />and the channel remains stable. The culvert associated with the remaining portion of the channel was clear. <br />
