The <br />samples were received in good condition. Upon receipt, the sample custodian removed the samples from the cooler, <br />inspected the contents. and logged the samples into ACZ's computerized Laboratory Information Management System <br />(LIMS). The samples were assigned ACZ LIMS project number 1-34283. The custodian verified the sample information <br />entered into the computer against the chain of custody (COC) forms and sample bottle labels. <br />All analyses were performed wrthin EPA recommended holding times. <br />These samples were analyzed for inorganic parameters. The individual methods are referenced on both the ACZ invoice <br />and the analytical reports. The extended qualifier reports may contain footnotes qualifying specific elements due to OC <br />failures. In addition the following has been noted with this specific project <br />The Sulfur pyritic Sulfide results for 126232 have been qualified with the R1 flag on the extended qualifier report. The <br />chemist noted that the RPD was outside the standard acceptance range for the associated sample and its sample duplicate, <br />The chemist noted that the Sulfur Pyritic Sulfide values are calculations generated from samples with passing RPD's. <br />L '(M 49013 Page 2 of 15 <br />
