All on-site roads shall be maintained in a reasonably dust-free condition <br /> by spraying with water as needed. COrDDl8[cial dust-control fluids may <br /> be used as necessary to control fugitive dust. <br /> 7, Functional mufflers shall be required on all heavy equipment. The use of <br /> ]ake brakes is prohibited on site and on the access to the site. Sedalia <br /> Land Company, its successors and assigns shall post signs to this effect <br /> and inform drivers. <br /> 8. The use Uf cameras and mirrors will be required for load inspections as <br /> noted on the SIP. <br /> 9. If |eachate is detected in the collection system, Douglas County shall be <br /> notified within 24hOur5. Confirmation testing bvaqualified laboratory <br /> shall be required and the results shall be provided to Douglas County and <br /> the CDPHE. The County, in consultation with its experts and CDPHE, <br /> shall determine if leachahe needs to be removed to a wastewater <br /> treatment plant for disposal. <br /> lO. NothiOg shall prohibit the County and/or its agents from conducting <br /> UD8nnoUDC8d independent water quality sampling at any time during <br /> business hours. <br />
