<br />We have reviewed your letter dated November 7, 2016 requesting renewal of the
<br />water supply plan (“SWSP”) to cover depletio
<br />Ready Mixed Concrete Company (“RMCC” or Applicant”). The required fee of $257.00 for this substitute supply
<br />plan has been submitted (receipt no. 3677103
<br />February 10, 2016 and is valid through December 31, 2016.

<br />Plan Operation
<br />
<br />This plan will replace depletions resulting from mining operations at the Bromley Lakes site (WDID 0203049
<br />well permit 76711-F). The Bromley Lakes Pit, DRMS permi
<br />2009 to incorporate the Ready Mixed Pit No. 1, DRMS permit no. M
<br />permitted area. Therefore, for the purpose of this SWSP, the Ready Mixed Pit No. 1 is considered part of the
<br />Bromley Lakes site. The Bromley Lakes site covers approximately 300 acres located between the South Platte
<br />River and the City of Brighton, consisting of:
<br />
<br />• Portion of Kenneth Mitchell Lake 1 (lined but being expanded), owned by the City of Brighton,
<br />• Bromley Lakes Cell 2 (mined and being backfilled),
<br />• Bromley Lakes Cell 3 and Bromley Lakes Lot 1 (f.k.a. Ready Mixed Pit) (lined), owned by the City
<br />of Brighton,
<br />• Bromley Lakes Lot 2 (f.k.a. Arends, Archuleta, and Reinoehl properties) (unlined and currently
<br />being dewatered/backfilled),
<br />• Existing Plant Site (not lined and currently being dewatered/backfilled).

<br />The City of Brighton obtained a storage water right in the Ken Mitchell Lakes (which includes Cells 1, 2 and 3)
<br />in case no. 1998CW018 (2006CW222) (WDID
<br />site and the area of exposed ground water.
<br />
<br />As of May 2016 all mining at the site has ceased and no material is being washed. The on
<br />the site are related to reclamation only,
