Proposed post mining land use: <br /> The current and post mining land use are the same,rangeland. <br /> 11. Significant,valuable and permanent man-made structures: <br /> The significant, valuable and permanent man-made structures are; <br /> • U.S. Highway 24 <br /> • Elbert County Rd. 189 <br /> • Highway and County Rd. right-of-way fences <br /> 12.Acres to be permitted: 18.2+ <br /> 13.
