Assess growth medium materials by ev luating success in establishing vegetation. <br /> 2. Assess soil chemistry for each growth media and determine need for fertilizers and/or <br /> other amendments <br /> 3. Develop recommendations for full scale reclamation based on pilot study results. <br /> Approach <br /> Test Plots <br /> Test Plot Size <br /> Test plot size considers the following: <br /> • Sufficient size to plant a representative sample of plants proposed for revegetation and <br /> enough individuals of each plant species to determine survival and success.
