Box 187 <br />Craig, Colorado 81626 <br />RE: Trapper Mining Inc., Permit; C-1981-010 <br />Sediment Pond Inspections DRMS Review 2017 Quarter I <br />Dear Ms. Perkins: <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (The Division) has reviewed the above <br />referenced report. The first quarter sediment pond inspection report capacity data were received by the <br />Division on 28 March 2017. Sediment pond inspections were conducted by TMI on the 151 and 2' of <br />March 2017. <br />This report appears to be in compliance with the applicable sections of Rule 4.05.9. Three maintenance <br />items were noted during the inspections; replacement of the identification signs at: <br />1. West Pyeatt #2 <br />2. Johnson 8R <br />3. Johnson 9R <br />The Division concurs with the maintenance items noted.
