Inlet armoring appeared to function <br />adequately. Cattails along banks indicate a spring fed system. The <br />discharge through spillway was a trickle and did not arrive at the flume. <br />o East flume #1. Held a small amount of water and was not discharging. <br />Consider armoring the inlet.
