As this site is currently in receivership and its future is yet to be <br /> determined once a new owner is found,it seems reasonable to keep the amount of land that can be disturbed, <br /> as limited by the bond,to a smaller amount until it is known what the pit's future holds. <br /> If you have any questions,please call. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Mark A.
