Box 1508 <br />Gillette, WY 82717-1508 <br />DECISION <br />Partial Relinquishment Accepted <br />RECEjVED <br />MAR 27 2017 <br />Division of &esafetyion, <br />Mining <br />On November 7, 2016, Peabody Energy filed a letter for partial relinquishment of federal coal lease <br />COCO114093. <br />On March 10, 2017, the Little Snake Field Office (LSFO) determined that the acceptance of the <br />partial relinquishment will not impair the public interest, and all obligations of the lessee under the <br />regulations and terms of the lease have been met. The Office of Natural Resource Revenue reports <br />the lease is in good standing. The Colorado Department of Reclamation, Mining and Safety have no <br />comments or concerns regarding the partial relinquishment.
