Exhibit D-Mine Plan Amendment
• Conduct a humidity cell test to empirically assess the relationship, under laboratory
conditions, between drainage quality and solid phase composition using procedures
outlined in ASTM D-5744 (Test Method for Laboratory Weathering of Solid
Materials Using a Humidity Cell.)
For all solids tests (e.g., SPLP,humidity cell, acid-base accounting, whole rock
analyses, solution characterization methods. The Operator will include sulfide
sulfur in the ABA protocol which will also quantifies AP,NP,Net NP,paste pH
and acid soluble sulfate and sulfide.
Quality Control and Assurance(QC/QA) Guidelines
The Operator will document QC/QA Procedures to assure that the sampling and analysis
plan is implemented in accordance with the DRMS requirements and that the
observations and testing performed are adequately documented.
Documentation
At the completion of the analytical testing work, a completion report will be prepared that
provides a brief description of the work performed and a certification that the work was
performed in accordance with laboratory QA/QC procedures.
Reporting:
Reports will be submitted 30 days after receipt of the laboratory results.
Company Contact
Company communications should be directed to:
Sara Glinatsis
Sunrise Mining, LLC
P.O.
