The report indicates that CEC conducted inspections on 23 March 2017 . <br /> <br />The Division has reviewed this report and did not find any cause for concern related to the ponds . <br />No structural issues were identified. <br /> <br />The report submitted meets the requirements of Rules 4 .05 .9(14) and (17).
