The law is clear that the requested hearings must be to the Board, and the present facts are <br />suggest that the Board can provide Fontanari and Carey with a fair and impartial hearing. <br />III. CONCLUSION <br />Based on the foregoing, SCC respectfully submits that the demands of Fontanari and <br />Carey for a hearing before an administrative law judge, either from DRMS or otherwise, must be <br />denied.
