13.Describe Proposed or Completed Operation:Clearly state all pertinent details,including estimated starting date of any proposed work and approximate duration thereof If
the proposal is to deepen directionally or recomplete horizontally,give subsurface locations and treasured and true vertical depths of all pertinent markers and zones.
Attach the Bond under which the work will be performed or provide the Bond No.on file with BLM/BIA. Required subsequent reports must be filed within 30 days
following completion of the involved operations. If the operation results in a multiple completion or recompletion in anew interval,a Form 3160-4 must be filed once
testing has been completed. Final Abandonment Notices must be tiled only after all requirements,including reclamation,have been completed and the operator has
determined that the site is ready for final inspection.)
Proposed start dates:16H-1:first of July 2017,16H-R:first of August 2016.
Natural Soda LLC plans to make minor modifications to the 16H-1 and 16H-R well design as indicated(completion depths have not changed from previous):
16H-1:Conductor hole drilled to 120'BGL and 13.375"conductor casing.
161-1-1 well modifications:Option 1:4.5"production liner will be ran from approximately 5,363.1'TD GL to surface,the annulus between the 7.0"and 4.5"will
be sealed with and annular packer at approximately 1,935.3'MD GL to maintain the ability to conduct EPA mandated pressure testing of the outermost casing.
Option 2:The 4.5"production liner will be hung with a casing hanger at approximately),935.3'MD in the 7.0"casing above the 7.0"casing shoe,as NS has
done in the past.
161-1-I:New approximate bottom hole location: 39.926130194 lat.,108.357717295,long(NAD 83),no change to bottom hole stratigraphy.
16H-R modifications:Conductor hole drilled to 120'and 16.0"conductor casing.No surface hole will be drilled.Intermediate hole diameter 12.25"to 13.5":
Intermediate hole TD from 120'to approximately 2,227'MD GL;Intermediate casing will be 9.625"J55,40 lb/ft.(13.375"conductor casing is being kept as and
option,this would mean drilling a 12.25"intermediate hole).The lateral section will be 6.75"or 8.5"to ease connection with 161-1-1 lateral at approximately
2,455.2'MD GL.
The downhole well completion equipment and cementing strategy will not change. Cement volumes and the sizes of the downhole equipment such as
centralizers,DV tools,casing hangers,float shoes,etc.will be slightly modified to accommodate the minor modifications described above.
