No.: Pond #4 <br />Inspection Period: Second Quarter 2016 <br />Inspection Date: 6/20/2016 <br />General Description or Reference to Site Plan: <br />This pond receives run-off from the Development Waste Pile area. Ponds are referenced in section <br />2.05.3(4) od the New Elk permit. Cleanout is called for when the average sediment level reaches <br />an elevation of 7449'. Top of embankment is at 7452'. <br />EMBANKMENT <br />1). Adequacy of the vegetative cover: <br />2). Erosion forming Gullies: <br />3).
