Miranda Blomquist of Seneca Property, LLC accompanied the inspection. The weather was clear and the <br />site was dry with areas of wet and snow covered ground. The site is a surface mine currently in reclamation. No <br />activities were being conducted on the site at the time of the inspection. RN -6 is currently under review by the <br />Division. <br />AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS — Rule 5.02.4(1): <br />Records are located at the Foidel Creek Mine offices located at 29515 Routt County Road No 27, Oak Creek, CO. <br />Please see the Availability of Records which accompanies this report for more information. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05 Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, <br />4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7, 4.05.10; Diversions 4.05.4; Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water <br />Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Drainage — Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8; <br />Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br />Pond 006 was stable, holding water, and discharging at the time of the inspection. Embankments were well <br />vegetated with no problems noted. A slump on the south side of the pond remains up and away from the pond at <br />the time of this inspection. Please see the Slides and Other Damage topic in this report for more information. <br />Pond 016 embankments were stable and well vegetated. The pond was discharging at the time of the inspection. <br />No problems were noted with the primary or emergency spillways. Please note the following maintenance items: <br />- The Division understands that the flume was repaired with bentonite; however, there was a short circuit <br />of the discharge at the flume with discharge going under the flume. The flume will require repair in order <br />to maintain functionality. <br />Pond 017 was discharging clear water at the time of the inspection.
