I answered"Hand Portable Sluice+Portable Small Water
Pump".
Due to the small scale of operations that I plan on this land there will only be a minor surface
disturbance and I will not be using any heavy equipment. I therefore request that Colorado Division of
Reclamation,Mining and Safety would grant me a Permit to conduct operations and waive any Bonding.
Further, this will not be a Hard Rock Mining operation, only a very limited placer operation.
If in the future, depending upon the results of our initial exploration,we find sufficient commercial
deposits of Gold or other metals,we will re-apply for an appropriate Permit to conduct operations and
furnish the appropriate Bond required by the State Board.
Sincerely,
Cliff Clark
7709 S.Glencoe Way
Centennial,CO 80122
Geoman490smail.com
3v3- jai-U°R9
