EXHIBIT H —WILDLIFE INFORMATION <br />The information provided in this Exhibit is intended to satisfy the requirements outlined in Section <br />6.4.8 of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board Construction Material Rules and <br />Regulations: <br />(1) The OperatorlApplicant shall include in this Exhibit a description of the game and <br />non game resources on and in the vicinity of the application area, including, <br />a) A description of the significant wildlife resources on the affected land; <br />The site is border to the north by a State highway, the west a major county road and <br />the south an active gravel mine. The area is currently fallow land with a few houses to <br />be demolished.
