Statement of Ownership and Grant of Right of Entry <br /> Marvin D &Beverly J Kembel are the owners of land (Record No. 1039-010-00- <br /> 007, Morgan County, CO) to be reclaimed pursuant to the 112 Conversion <br /> Reclamation Permit Application known as the Ayers Pit (M-1981-004). <br /> For the purposes of entitlements to reclaim an aggregate mine, including the <br /> referenced Reclamation Permit, Marvin D &Beverly J Kembel grant to Dilley <br /> Sand and Gravel, LLC., the right to cross their land from Morgan County Road <br /> 23 on existing access lane, to parcel in SE 1/ SW 1/4 of 1-4N-57W and NE 1/NW 1/4 <br /> of 12-4N-57W, in names of Vernon and Gwen Dilley, as joint tenants. <br /> This instrument, as signed by the landowner, shall demonstrate for all legal <br /> purposes that the Dilley Sand and Gravel, LLC., has a legal right to enter on the <br /> subject property.
