(GCC) owns and operates the Pueblo cement plant and associated on-site <br /> limestone quarry operations. GCC has prepared the enclosed Technical Revision (TR) <br /> requesting a revision to the DRMS Permit M-2002-004 to install a monitoring well to evaluate <br /> the presence of groundwater and the potential impact on any groundwater that may be in the <br /> vicinity of the plant. A previously installed monitoring well was closed in 2013 with the <br /> permission of Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety(DRMS). <br /> With this request, GCC is submitting a TR Cover Sheet along with the other information as <br /> requested by DRMS in a letter dated May 24, 2016. <br /> For the filing of this TR for review by DRMS, GCC is enclosing remittance in the form of a <br /> check in the amount of$216.00. <br /> GCC looks forward to working with the Division to complete this TR for its Pueblo facility.
