Box 567 Cheyenne Wells, CO 80810 RE: Notice of 110(c) to 112(c) Construction Materials Reclamation Permit Conversion Application Consideration Cheyenne County, Munsch Pit, Permit No. M-2000-018 Please be advised that on March 16, 2017, Cheyenne County, whose address and telephone number are 51 S. 1st. P.O. Box 567, Cheyenne Wells, CO 80810; (719)-767-5872, filed an application to convert M- 2000-018, Munsch Pit, a 110(c) Limited Impact Construction Materials Permit to a 112(c) Regular Construction Materials Permit. The mining and reclamation operation is located at or near Section 8, Township 15S, Range 44W, 6th Principle Meridian, in Cheyenne County. The application decision is scheduled for June 14, 2017. A copy of the application is available for review at the Cheyenne County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the office of the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety.
