You may commence exploration <br /> activities as outlined in your NOI application. <br /> In accordance with Rule 5.8, an Annual Report and associated fee of$86.00 must be submitted on your notice of <br /> approval anniversary date for each year following the filling of an NOI until reclamation responsibility release is <br /> granted by the Division. In addition, Rule 5.3.4 requires the explorer to notify the Division upon completion of <br /> exploration operations.
