At this point, the disturbance did not advance into the next subwatershed which would <br />require the use of the NHN-002 North ditch. The area of disturbance will either drain directly to Pond 002 or to <br />the east segment of the NHN-001. <br /> <br />Pond 002 contained a small amount of water but was not discharging (photo 4). The primary and emergency <br />spillways were free and clear of obstructions. The south ditch inlet structure was in good condition. <br /> <br />Pond 001 contained water but was not discharging. The Pond 001 west (photo 5) and east ditches were in good <br />condition. <br /> <br />The pump station at Pond NH1had the containment and support material onsite but was not being utilized at the <br />time of the inspection (photo 6). <br /> <br />GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br /> Topsoil was salvaged to the south side of the Meehan/Garvey property line, east of the CCC ditch. ERMR <br />is not planning any disturbance past this line at this time (photo 3). <br /> <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS – Rule 4.02: <br /> The required mine entrance signs were in place at all the mine entrances. All the required information was <br />visible. <br /> <br />The permit boundary signs were in place around the permit boundary. <br /> <br />TOPSOIL – Rule 4.06 <br />Removal 4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3; Redistribution 4.06.4: <br /> The topsoil marker signs were in place on the topsoil stockpiles. <br /> <br /> <br />ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS/COMPLIANCE <br /> <br />No enforcement actions were initiated as a result of this inspection, nor are any pending. <br />
