EXHIBIT F - Other Permits and Licenses <br /> A zoning permit from Logan County will be obtained. <br /> An Air Pollution permit will not be needed since we will remove less than 70,000 tons per year <br /> from this site. <br /> The applicant will be filing an augmentation plan with the State Engineer's office. <br /> A storm water management plan will not be prepared for this pit, as there is not a potential for <br /> surface water leaving the site. <br /> No permits are required from the Bureau of Land Management or US Forest Service. <br /> No additional permits or licenses are required. <br /> EXHIBIT G- Source of Legal Right to Enter <br /> Platte Valley Real Estate is the owner of the property and is the applicant. A copy of their deed <br /> is attached. <br /> EXHIBIT H—Municipalities within a Two-Mile Radius <br /> The City of Sterling lies immediately to the west of the site.
