Pending approval of the enclosed application along with other needed approvals from <br />the State of Colorado Department of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, Bowie anticipates it will sell the <br />property identified in the application to Paonia Holdings, LLC or an affiliate thereof. <br />Please allow Mr. Levin to submit this application for the property currently owned by Bowie.
