(Tri-State), is the parent <br /> company to Axial Basin Coal Company, which is the general partner to Colowyo Coal Company <br /> L.P (Colowyo). The Colowyo Mine operates under the Colorado Division of Reclamation, <br /> Mining, and Safety Permit No. C-1981-019. <br /> Rule 2.04.13(1)states,by February 15,or other such date as agreed on, each permittee <br /> shall file an annual reclamation report covering the previous calendar years for all areas under <br /> bond,and Rule 4.05.13(4)(c)states,a hydrologic report shall be submitted to the Division <br /> annually with the date of the submittal determined in consultation with the permittee. Colowyo <br /> by permit is required to submit both reports annually by March 15.
