Box 1430 <br />Palisade, CO 81526 <br />March 10, 2017 <br />Re: Roadside Portals (Permit No. C-1981-041) <br />DMR review for CO -0027146, January and February 2017 <br />Dear Ms. Hammond: <br />The Division received the January 2017 Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) for the Roadside <br />Portals on February 3, 2017. Submittal of the DMR is in accordance with Rule 4.05.13(2)(iii). <br />Two outfalls are included in the DMS; 002-A and 016-A. Only outfall 016-A discharged in January <br />2017. None of the reported parameters exceeded the effluent limitations for this time period. <br />The Division received the February 2017 Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) for the Roadside <br />Portals on March 9, 2017. Submittal of the DMR is in accordance with Rule 4.05.13(2)(iii). <br />Two outfalls are included in the DMS; 002-A and 016-A. Only outfall 016-A discharged in <br />February 2017. None of the reported parameters exceeded the effluent limitations for this time <br />period. <br />No other concerns were noted with these two reports.
