U <br />(i) No water is anticipated to be encountered in the top 15' of rock. <br />(j) No injury would occur as no water would be retained. <br />(k) The only disturbance will be surface rocks that are exposed at present to depth of <br />15'. <br />(i) Rocks will be stacked in a manner that matches the existing landscape. The future use <br />will be rockslide. <br />(m) No ore will be processed on site. <br />(n) The primary extraction will be crystals and specimens dug by hand. <br />(o) No explosives anticipated to be used on surface. If needed appropriate permits will <br />be acquired. <br />6-3-4(l) C-- X //,1, T n I <br />(a) As mining progresses it will be along existing roads and the material from the up hill <br />side will be placed on the road to raise the existing road surface and reclaim the <br />down hill slope. (see example attached) <br />So there will be a minimal amount of excavation exposed at any one time. <br />(c) No vegetation <br />(d) Only the roads will remain. <br />(e) The underground mine opening will be uncovered and a metal enclosure will <br />be installed. As there have been several recorded and admitted instances of people <br />uncovering the portal and going inside. <br />M <br />
