Summary of Reclamation and Management <br />As shown on Exhibit 1, the area requested for bond release is comprised of two <br />reclamation units that were backfilled, regraded, topsoiled and seeded in 2016. The work <br />completed includes regrading to the approved post -mining topography and construction <br />of post -mining drainage channels. <br />The reclaimed area has been regraded consistent with the approved post -mining <br />topography (See Map 19 and 19A, Permit C-1981-019 for the approved post -mining <br />topography), and follows all criteria set forth for Phase I bond release by the Division. <br />Please refer to Exhibit 2 for three (3) representative cross-sections of the regraded areas <br />in relation to the approved post -mining topography. <br />Permanent post -mine channel segments have been established in the Phase I areas in <br />accordance with the approved construction design parameters located in Permit C-1981- <br />019. These reconstructed channel segments are not being applied for release under this <br />application as the entire watershed reporting to these structures has not been reclaimed to <br />date. <br />SL -09 Phase I Bond Release Application Page 8 <br />
