ATCOLORADO
Division of Reclamation,
. Mining and Safety
Department of Natural Resources
1313 Sherman Street, Room 215
Denver, CO 80203
February 1, 2017
To: All Minerals Permit Holders and Prospectors
From: Tony Waldron, Minerals Program Supervisor
Re: Electronic Filing of Annual Reports and Fees
Dear Permittee:
The ePermitting System is now available for filing Minerals and Prospecting Annual Reports and paying associated Annual
Fees. ePermitting will allow permittees or their designees to electronically file the required report information, upload
supporting maps and documents (.pdf file format) and pay the required annual fee with a credit card or Automated Clearing
House (ACH) routing information.
Enclosed, in addition to a notice that your Annual Fee and Report due date is nearing, is an Agreement to Conduct Permitting
by Electronic Means (Agreement). If you are interested in filing your Annual Fees and Reports via ePermitting, please return
the signed and notarized Agreement to the Division. Please note that if your Permit or N01 is held by a corporation,
company, or partnership, you will also need to complete the Affidavit of Signing Authority (included in the Agreement) or a
resolution from your organization that demonstrates the signing authority of the person signing the Agreement.
Once your signed Agreement has been received and processed by the Division, you will be emailed a unique identifying
account number, user name, and temporary password for use in sending and receiving information regarding annual reports
and fees.
Once you have enrolled in the ePermitting System your account will remain active until all permits associated with your
organization have been terminated. Permittees who have enrolled in the ePermitting System will receive electronic mail
notices for upcoming due dates on future Annual Invoice and Report Requests instead of hard copy letters via post.
User resources for the ePermitting System, such as written user manuals, is available on the Division's web site
(http://mininp.state_ro_us}.
