Statement of Ownership and Grant of Right of Entry <br />High Speed Aggregate, LLC, is the owner of the land to be mined pursuant to the 112 Conversion <br />Reclamation Permit Application known as the Fairplay Au Pit (M-1991-037), including the substance to <br />be mined and also including all subsurface and mineral rights appurtenant to the affected land. <br />For the purposes of entitlements to operate a regular hard rock/metal mine, including the referenced <br />Reclamation Permit, High Speed Aggregate, LLC, grants to High Speed Mining, LLC, the right to seek and <br />hold such permits. <br />This instrument, as signed by the landowner, shall demonstrate for all legal purposes that the <br />Operator/Applicant has a legal right to enter and mine on the subject property (Records No. 5068 & <br />43796) in Park County, Colorado.
