EXHIBIT C — Pre -mining and Mining Plan Ma s of the Affected Area <br />The Elrick Pit pre -mining plan maps show the following information: <br />a) adjoining surface owners of record as of the date of this application; <br />Marilyn Elrick owns all the property in Section 10 and 11 affected by the pit except <br />the railroad property <br />b) the name and location of creeks, roads, building, oil and gas lines, and power and <br />communication lines in the pit area and within 200 feet of the pit boundaries; <br />To the north of the primary mining area there are railroad tracks. A fence <br />separates the pit area from the railroad right-of-way. <br />c) the exiting topography of the pit areas, including contour lines, which portray the <br />direction and rate of slope of the affected land; <br />d) the total area to be involved in the operation, including the area to be mined and <br />the area of affected lands; <br />The total pit area will now be 282.9 acres. <br />e) the type of existing vegetation covering the affected lands; <br />The vegetation at the site is listed in Exhibit I <br />f) water information; <br />g) the owner's name, type of structures, and location of all significant, valuable, and <br />permanent man-made structures contained on the area of affected lands and <br />within 200 feet of the affected lands; <br />The man-made structures are the fence line, Y -W power lines, and BNSF Rail line. <br />The rail line runs east and west just north of the primary area to be mined. Y -W <br />power lines run parallel with the railroad, approximately 100 feet from the rail line. <br />The primary mining area will be a minimum of 60 feet south of the Y -W power <br />lines. <br />h) soils information at the site; and <br />i) an aerial photo. <br />
