AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION CRAIG DAILY PRESS STATE OF COLORADO COUNTY OF MOFFAT I, Diane Hutton, do solemnly swear that I am Legal Notice Representative of theCraig Daily Press, that the same is a daily newspaper printed, in whole or in part, and published in the County of Moffat, State of Colorado, and has a general circulation therein; that said newspaper has been published continuously and uninterruptedly in said County of Moffat for a period of more than fifty-two weeks prior to the first publication of the annexed legal notice or advertisement; that said newspaper has been admitted to the United States mails as second-class matter under the provisions of the Act of March 3, 1879, or any amendments thereof, and that said newspaper is a daily newspaper duly qualified for publishing legal notices and advertisements within the meaning of the laws of the State of Colorado. The blasting program will be conducted within the following areas: IGmber-Pit Sectors 31 and 32, T6N, R90W, and Sections 5 and 6, T5N, R90 W Lancaster -Pit Sections 31 and 32, T6N, R9UN, and Sections 5 and 6, T5N, R90 W Ashmore Pit Section 35, T6N, R91 W The blasting program will be concluded daily between sunrise and sunset. Or- ange cones and/or 30" red and white oc- tagon signs stating "Keep Out -Stop -Blasting Area" will identity all active blast patterns. In addition, guards will be placed at all major roadways that access the blast area at least 10 minutes prior to detonation and remain in plane tall the all -clear signal. The audible warnings prior to all blasts will be: . -Five (5) long siren signals at 5 minutes. -Twenty (20) short siren signals at 3 min- utes. -Steady electric siren at 2 minutes. .Tone change electric siren at 30 sec- onds.
